Thank you for choosing Crown of Curls! To ensure the best experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our policies.

Deposits
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will go toward your service and can be transferred once within 2 calendar months if rescheduling within the cancellation window.

Card on File
A valid card on file is required for all appointments. Please make sure your contact information is accurate and up to date so I’m able to reach you regarding your appointment if needed.

Cancellations & rescheduling
I completely understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Changes made within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the booked service.

Missed appointment
Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the service amount. Future bookings may also be declined.

Tardiness
There is a 10-minute grace period for appointments. After that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. If I’m still able to accommodate you, a $25 late fee may apply.

Extra guests
To keep the space peaceful and comfortable, please come solo unless your guest is also receiving a service.

Preparing for your appointment
For services including a cut, please arrive with your hair down, dry, detangled, and with little to no product. Avoid buns, braids, ponytails, or pins. Excessive detangling may result in an additional fee or rescheduling.

For those with compromised curls
If your curls are noticeably damaged, I highly recommend The Ultimate Curl Rehab Program or adding a restorative treatment to your service for extra support. Please request treatments in advance so enough time can be reserved.

After hour appointments
If you’d like to book an appointment outside of our regular business hours (listed below), we’d be happy to arrange an after-hour appointment when possible. Please reach out to confirm availability. An additional fee applies to all after-hour bookings.

Online orders & returns
Orders typically ship within 2-5 days and if you need to make a return, we’ve got you covered with a 10-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please note that this only applies if the products are unopened and in original packaging. The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake—if that happens, we’ll gladly make it right!
